Graduate Executive - February start - Leeds

We’ve just introduced our Primary care Graduate scheme and are looking for fantastic Graduate executives to join us and develop to become the potential future leaders of our organisation, while helping us build a brilliant scheme.

Our programme will be concentrated but designed to nurture you, develop you and help you achieve the career of your choice. We’ll work with you to see what you are best at, what you enjoy doing, so we can start identifying those career goals at least 6 months prior to the end of the scheme and work with you to achieve your goals – all you need is a drive and determination to push yourself!

You’ll work across loads of our teams across the business, with a variety of people who can be there to offer guidance and advice. You’ll also have a manager and a mentor so lots of encouragement and people around you to ensure you feel supported.

Role responsibilities

As one of our new Graduate executives you’ll travel round our internal departments building up a broad understanding of our commercial, operational and technical parts of the EMIS Health business.

This is a structured 18 month training scheme, where you’ll be mentored by senior members of the EMIS Health team, receive structured training from team members, managers etc. get to take part in a multitude of complex and high profile projects and then be involved in the day to day operations of the business.
