Job details:

We are looking to recruit a Marketing and Training Course Administrator to administer marketing activities and training courses within the company. The post holder will work closely with the Senior Team of YHEC to administer marketing activities and training courses within the company.

Role responsibilities

• Marketing, management and full administration of YHEC training courses and supporting the course tutors;
• Office administrative duties;
• Manage and coordinate conference and exhibition attendance;
• Update content within the YHEC website and manage the YHEC profile on social media;
• Coordinate marketing materials;
• Coordinate journal submissions within YHEC.

Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative with a high degree of self-motivation and proactivity.

Ability to prioritise own workload.

Confident, enthusiastic and hard working.

Ability to work in a busy shared office.

Willingness to work in a flexible manner and an adaptable approach to work.

Skills & experience

Highly competent in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, E-mail, PowerPoint and internet.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Good interpersonal skills with people at all levels.

Experience in using digital and social media.

Experience of carrying out marketing work for an organisation.
Experience of co-ordinating training courses or similar events desirable.
Degree: Qualified to a degree level, in a relevant subject (communications, public relations, marketing) or have demonstrable relevant experience.
Advanced Office IT qualification (e.g. Advanced ECDL) desirable

Salary: £18,000 to £24,000
