We are looking for a focused and driven individual to coordinate the administration and analytics across our digital platforms, both b2b and b2c.

Our website and our social media represent the digital face of our company. In an ever increasing digital marketplace we are looking for a commercially astute individual who can drive sales across this channel.

Role responsibilities

SEO
- Ensure that the site is optimised at all times for SEO, maintain and add metadata, etc.
- Carry out keyword research into trends and insights to support organic searches
- Focus efforts to boost sales and profitability across all digital sales platforms.

ANALYTICS
- Coordination and interpretation of analytics
- Monitor engagement across all digital platforms
- Provide ROI reports and summaries.

CONTENT
- Responsible for general administrative support on the website including updating content, images and video
- Perform investigations, maintenance and diagnostics to resolve issues
- Update website with new products, adding images and adjusting layouts.
- Work with the content team to ensure promotions, launches, etc., are all maximised.
- Continuous improvement of product pages and images, ensuring that all product is up to date and relevant.

Person specification

- Some experience in a similar eCommerce/web administration role and/or educated in a relevant area sufficiently to demonstrate competent knowledge and understanding.
- Able to understand and interpret commercial objectives; results driven and commercially aware with ability to understand business processes.
- Good understanding of SEO
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels
- Practical knowledge of google analytics – ability to interpret and respond to analytics and results, etc producing concise and accurate reports, summaries and recommendations
- Image editing (photoshop or similar)
- Basic HTML/coding ability
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Excellent analytical skills with the highest attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn about existing and new web solutions
- Previous exposure to or able to demonstrate thorough understanding of ERP
- Experience of Microsoft packages, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, together with the ability to work accurately and confidently to meet deadlines.
- Intelligent, cultured, with top grades.

- Microsoft packages and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign)
- MailChimp experience would be useful
- Wordpress experience would be useful
