This is the perfect opportunity for graduate who is passionate about technology and is able to represent the business in finding long term solutions for their clients. Reflex Systems are a leading integrated systems specialist delivering advanced security, fire and PA systems solutions to a diverse range of clients from hospitals and schools, bars and arenas as well as large industrial sites such as power stations. Reflex Systems provide protection for the Magna Carter at Lincoln Castle as well as working with clients such as Sheffield Hallam FM Arena, installing their PA system and advanced CCTV. What are all the practical details?
Starting salary: £20,000 - £25,000 (dependant on experience)
Location: Reflex House, Lowton Way, Hellaby Industrial Estate, Rotherham, South Yorkshire, S66 8RY
Start date: December 2018/January 2019
Length of role: Permanent with a six-month probationary period

Role responsibilities

What would you be doing?
As a Graduate Trainee, typical activities might include:
• Technical design
• Customer consultation including visiting sites and conducting surveys
• Understanding the clients needs so can provide the best solution
• Producing cost and estimation reports using excel
• Researching different products and technologies
• Growing relationships with clients
• Account management support, eventually managing your own clients

Person specification

What type of person are they looking for?
The ideal candidate will be:
• A graduate from any degree discipline (computer science, electrical engineering or an IT-related degree would be preferred)
• Looking to work within a team and grow within the business – there are fantastic development opportunities
• Confident, outgoing and willing to integrate into a sociable office environment
• Passionate about technology and motivated by providing excellent customer service
• Willing to receive important training in different areas
• Able travel around the UK, but primarily in Yorkshire and the Midlands
The following would be a bonus, but if not don’t worry:
• Networking qualifications
• Full UK driving license
